Terms and Conditions ....
In consideration for
the acceptance of my application to book a party (the “Event”) with Pamper Me
Princess Parties, I hereby:
1. Release and Waiver. Release, hold harmless,
waive and discharge Pamper Me Princess Parties and its staff, agents,
employees, contractors, affiliates and representatives (together with their
respective heirs, administrators and assigns) (collectively, the “Company”), of
and from any and all claims, losses or damages sustained by me or by my child,
or by any guest of the Event, which I or my legal representative(s) may have
against the Company in connection with, or as a result of any services provided
by the Company at the Event.
2. Rights to Photographs. Grant Pamper Me Princess Parties the right to use photographs taken
at the Event in any and all promotional media.
3. Acknowledgement of Risk. Acknowledge
that there are certain risks involved in participating in the Event, in
addition to the usual risks and dangers inherent in any physical activity,
including without limitation allergic reactions, slips, falls, or as a result
of physical contact with another person.
4. Notification of Allergies Warrant that I have notified Pamper Me Princess Parties of any
allergies that I, or my child, or any of the guests of the Event may have. I acknowledge that while Pamper Me
Princess Parties will make efforts to accommodate any requests for alternate
products, Pamper Me Princess Parties shall not be held responsible for any
allergic reactions to any of the products used at the Event.
Pamper Me Princess Parties,PMPP logos, Registered trademarks and other logos and/or slogans used in this site are owned by Pamper Me Princess. All other trademarks are the property of the respective trademark owners.© 2009=2011 PMPP.All Rights Reserved. Use of This Website is Subject to Certain Terms of Use Which Constitute a Legal Agreement Between You and Pamper Me Princess.
Pamper Me Princess Parties reserves the right to use photographs taken at your event in any and all promotional media, whether known prior or hereafter existing, controlled Pamper Me Princess Parties. As a host of a Pamper Me Princess Party event, you agree that you will make no monetary or other claim against Pamper Me Princess Parties for the use of any photographs taken of your child (or children), your home and your guests.
Pamper Me Princess Parties assumes no responsibility or liability for accidents or damages caused during your party.
Pamper Me Princess is not responsible for any allergic reactions to any products used. It is the responsibility of the guest and/or guests' parent or guardian to inform of allergies. Please notify us of any allergies upon booking your party so we can accommodate your requests and address your concerns.
